This company was very easy to work with. The salesman came prepared and was knowledgeable. They weren’t the most or least expensive, right in the middle. They completed the job in one day and the dumpster was picked up the next day (which was a Saturday.) They did a great job and were neurotic about making sure our problems spots would no longer be a problem (ie: ice dams.) Doug, the salesman, was easy to work with and made the whole process painless. Great experience.

Nick was very thorough when he stopped by to provide a quote. He explained exactly what the job entailed, and left us with a concise package of information including insurance certificates, customer testimonials and product literature. Very professional.The crew worked very much as a team, and stripped the existing shingles, replaced several rotten boards, installed new flashing and new lifetime roofing shingles in one long days work.As a building contractor myself, I was very pleased with the process and result. We were under a deadline to get our roof repaired because we had a leak and we were holding our breath every time it rained. They were able to not only able to get the roof done in a timely manner but also were able to accommodate our schedules. There was a miscommunication on one part of the job, but they came back and corrected it at no extra cost to us. They showed up when they said they would (extremely important!) and completed the work to our utmost satisfaction. I have no problem recommending Steve and the entire Tip Top crew.

Tuff (sic) job and the guys were here at 6:30 am and honest they never stopped working, it was unreal. A beautiful job, could tell they really cared about there work. Two story colonial house, two car attached garage and sun room, they got it done in one day with extra leak issues fixed, I was shocked. Clean up was top notch. The boss Ed was great to work with. Use them, trust me, your loss if you don’t.

A timely bid, they followed up on that bid, you can actually get someone on the phone. Striped and replaced roof, started at 7:00 am and finished by 3:00 (split level ranch) yard was completely clean, would have never known they were there, except for the new roof. Thanks Ed.

Quoted price was fair and complete including costs of any contingencies such as roof repair. Work was done in one day by three dedicated and energenic roofers. Removal of three shingle layers, re[placing some roof boards, re-shingling, chimney flashing, and cleanup took 12 hours, 7AM – 7PM. Site cleanup was excellent. They even re-nailed a piece of aluminum flashing that came off last winter and restacked my woodpile! Excellent work at a very competitive price. I am considering having my other house roofing replaced by this company. Give Nick a call.

Luis, Jos? and the other members of the crew did an excellent job! They tarped our home to protect it during the removal process. They did an excellent job with the roof install. They completed a thorough cleanup at the end. Our roof looks great. The only complication was the weather.
